How do I return an item?

We understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you were expecting, or you would prefer a different size, color or style. No problem. We guarantee you a hassle free exchange and return experience. It is our goal to provide you with an outstanding customer service experience.

Returning for a REFUND or EXCHANGE?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn product in the original packaging within 30 Days from the date of receipt and a full refund of your purchase price will be issued. Shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. 

If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply return your unworn product in the original packaging within 30 Days from the date of receipt. Your exchanged items will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

RETURN Instructions:

Please email us to receive the return/exchange form.  Please Be sure to include the Order ID # from your invoice to the form. Place the completed form inside of your return box.  It is strongly recommended that you obtain a delivery confirmation/tracking number at the time of shipment.  Pairendipity is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.


You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.  Please verify that the email address on your invoice is correct.  Please contact customerservice@pairendipity.com  if you have not been notified of your refund within 15 days of returning your item.

EXCHANGE Instructions: 

Once you receive the exchange form, please be sure to include the Order ID # from your invoice. Please be sure to indicate the product you are returning and the product you would like in exchange.  Place the completed form inside of your return box.  It is strongly recommended that you obtain a delivery confirmation/tracking number at the time of shipment. Pairendipity is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.

If there is an error in your order, please contact customerservice@pairendipity.com and arrangements will be made to promptly send you the correct merchandise.

Is It DEFECTIVE?

All shoes are inspected before shipment.  Product defects are rare.  However, if you feel you have received a defective product please contact customerservice@pairendipity.com
